Federal government is set to issue foreign bonds worth $500 million in the present financial year.
Dr Waqar Masood (Treasury Secretary) said this, in a meeting to Senate Standing Committee on Treasury.
The meeting was informed the government’s borrowing from banks was Rs648 billion till December 15, 2011 as against Rs96 billion in the corresponding period last financial year. The Dr. Maqsood also up to date the Senate body that country’s total domestic debt and liabilities (DDL) have
